ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Company Secretarial Assistant, you’ll support the Company Secretarial Manager and wider Governance & Risk team in delivering high-quality company secretarial and governance services across a range of Arrow Group entities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience to develop their career within a fast-paced, regulated investment management environment.
You will gain hands-on exposure to board and committee support, statutory compliance, and governance processes, While working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the group.

Key Responsibilities

Board and Committee Support
• Assist in organising board and committee meetings: scheduling, preparing agendas, and coordinating logistics
• Support the preparation of board packs and distribution of materials using online platforms
• Attend meetings (as appropriate) and assist in drafting accurate and timely minutes
• Track action points and follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion
Investment Committee
• Assist with coordinating frequent Investment Committee meetings
• Help compile agendas, collect deal documents, and support the preparation of meeting packs
• Provide minute-taking and general support to ensure smooth execution of the committee process
Governance Administration
• Support ongoing governance initiatives and documentation
• Assist with tracking regulatory requirements and supporting internal governance frameworks
Team and Administrative Support
• Provide general administrative support to the Company Secretarial Manager and team
• Assist in compiling documentation for internal audits

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

2–3 years of relevant company secretarial or corporate governance experience
Progressing toward or interested in pursuing an ICSA/CGI qualification
Familiarity with Jersey Companies Law and corporate governance principles (preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Effective written and verbal communication
Proactive, professional, and eager to learn within a collaborative team environment
