Our History & Ambition

Arrow was founded in 2005 by Zach Lewy, CEO, CIO, with the ambition of creating Europe’s leading private credit and real estate investment platform.  Today, we deliver best-in-class, risk-adjusted returns for global investors across opportunistic credit, real estate, and lending.

Our Investment Strategy

Arrow’s hallmark is to invest opportunistically, moving between European geographies, asset classes and positions in the capital stack as we evaluate evolving risk/return dynamics. To execute this strategy, Arrow has developed its geographic and asset-class expertise in its target markets, underpinned by 4,000 talented professionals who are deeply connected to our local markets.

Our Local Advantage

We have brought together leading practitioners, both locally and centrally, in European private credit and real estate, and built meaningful connections in these markets through our investments. Our vertically integrated structure, disciplined investing, underwriting insight and proprietary deal flow allows us to create sustainable value through market cycles.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Our stakeholders expect us to act in an ethical and responsible way, this is at the heart of how we conduct our business.

We build stakeholder trust and seamlessly integrate ESG principles into investment strategies, ensuring they are embedded throughout the decision-making process and the entire lifecycle of each investment while upholding strong governance. We are committed to being a responsible participant in our markets and actively contribute to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters, fulfilling our business responsibilities and advocating for sustainability in our sector.

Our Group-wide values support this philosophy, and we seek out and reward behaviours that make us more sustainable, responsible, and successful. Our values are we succeed together; we do the right thing; we’re trusted and valued; and we’re brave and creative.

We believe that to succeed as a business, our colleagues should represent a diverse range of backgrounds that reflect the communities we serve. Recognising our differences and acknowledging the benefit of having a range of perspectives in decision-making.

People & Culture

Through our accreditations and partnerships with LGBT Great, the 10,000 Interns Foundation, the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (ENEI), Disability Confident, and Everywoman, we actively champion diverse talent and equitable hiring practices

You'll have the opportunity to connect with colleagues across all our locations through our growing employee networks which include, LGBTQ+, gender, cultures, disability and neurodiversity and life stages.
“We’re committed to building an inclusive environment where colleagues, however they identify and whatever their background, that commitment is backed up by the target to reach 50% female leader representation across our organisation by the end of 2030.”
Zach Lewy, Founder, CEO and Chief Investment Officer
